Dear Friends,
I hope this message finds you well and staying warm.
Wow! here we are, a month into 2025. How did that happen? I don’t know about you, but life is moving a little fast for me. Let’s slow it down for a little bit and practice some Yoga together.
Yoga Options & Upcoming Events: I’m excited to continue offering a variety of classes to support your health and well-being. Join me for:
- Chair Yoga on Thursdays at 10:00 AM (online)
- Gentle/Therapeutic Mat Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays (online)
- Private one-on-one Yoga Therapy sessions focused on preventive care, staying active, and managing conditions.
If you’re new to my classes or know someone who’d like to give them a try, I’m offering a first class free. Please feel free to reach out to me for more information!
Additionally, I’m still teaching at my former Westchester (LAX area) studio, LiveYoga Wellness, and you can catch me there for some online cameo classes.
Yoga Nidra & iRest: Our next Yoga Nidra session (by donation) will be on Sunday, February 16, 2025—this will be online! I also offer iRest (Integrative Restoration) Yoga Nidra in one-on-one sessions. If you haven’t experienced this deep relaxation practice yet, I highly encourage you to try it.
